- What is a credit?
- A credit is the unit we charge for AI work. A complete generation (analysis + 3D reconstruction) costs 10 credits, an HD render 3, a 4K render 8, exports 2–4. Conversational edits are included.
- Is the first generation really free?
- Yes. Every new, email-verified account gets one complete generation at no cost. It is enforced server-side, so clearing cookies does not grant another.
- What happens if a job fails?
- Failed generations and renders are refunded automatically, including your free generation.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period and the credits you already have remain yours.
