Bathroom in 3D from a plan or a photo

Bathrooms are small, plumbed and tiled, so a layout mistake is expensive. Upload the plan, check the clearances, and try the walk-in shower or the double vanity in 3D first.

The numbers that matter

Toilet clearance
At least 75 cm wide in total (37.5 cm from the centreline to each side) and 60 cm in front.
Shower size
80 × 80 cm is the legal minimum in many places; 90 × 120 cm feels generous; walk-ins need a 10 cm floor fall.
Vanity
Single 60–90 cm; double from 120 cm; mirror at 100–110 cm from the floor to the bottom edge.
Door swing
Outward-opening or sliding doors free 60–80 cm of floor in a tight room.

What the AI extracts

  • Walls, doors and windows with their real positions and sizes
  • The room polygon and its floor area in m² / sq ft
  • Fixtures and furniture as editable objects, not pixels
  • Materials for floor, walls and ceiling, changeable by talking
  • Curtains, openings and lighting for day and night views

Things you can say

  • Replace the bath with a 90 by 120 walk-in shower
  • Add a double vanity on the left wall
  • Change the tiles to white marble
  • Show the plan view

Frequently asked

Does it know where the pipes are?
No. It models what the plan and photo show. Keep the toilet near its current position unless a plumber has agreed to move the soil stack.
Can I test a smaller bath?
Yes. Objects have real sizes; swap the bath for a 160 cm one or a shower and see what floor you gain.
Can I render it with different tiles?
Floor and wall materials are separate; try marble, terrazzo, micro-cement or a colour and render in HD.
